Riserbo Assurance is run by Jad Charaf. For six years Jad has built and sold for small businesses through a London web and automation agency, and along the way built the privacy-policy and data-protection tooling that now forms a third of the Riserbo audit kit.
The audit exists because of a pattern seen in that work: firms that had done their GDPR work carefully in 2018 had no idea which AI tools their staff had adopted since, or what was going into them. The scanning method and the assessment matrix were built to answer that question in two weeks, at a fixed price, for firms that hold other people’s confidences.
