Privacy notice

This website is operated by Jad Charaf, trading as Riserbo Assurance, who is the controller of any personal data collected through it. Contact: hello@riserbo.co.uk.

Nothing, unless you send us something. There are no cookies, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no chat widget.

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter (your name, firm, role, firm size, work email and message). The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have chosen to make.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by our calendar provider on their site under their own privacy notice; we receive the name, email and time you enter.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and provides cookieless web analytics. The analytics count page views without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without building a profile.

Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to our mailbox. Your submission passes through their servers for that purpose only.

Google provides our mailbox and the calendar booking page. Emails you send us are stored in Google Workspace or Gmail.

Fonts are served from this domain, not from a third-party font service.

Enquiries are kept for twelve months from the last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case the engagement terms apply.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to hello@riserbo.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
